1. About Us

Rustic & Pure Soap is a small, family-owned business based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We handcraft cold process soaps, bath bombs, and shower steamers in small batches using all-natural ingredients. All orders are processed and fulfilled by Rustic & Pure Soap.

2. Products

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of the nature of handmade products, there may be slight variations in color, size, weight, and appearance between individual bars or batches. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

Product weights and sizes listed on our website are approximate. Cold process soap bars are listed at approximately 4.5 oz and guest bars at approximately 0.8 oz. Actual weights may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or scent at any time without notice.

3. Ordering

By placing an order through our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or in error.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping within Idaho in accordance with applicable state and local tax rates. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

5. Shipping

We ship anywhere within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping is available on orders over $49. Shipping costs for orders under $49 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Local pickup is available in Idaho Falls, Idaho. If you select local pickup, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we do not accept returns for general dissatisfaction or change of mind. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Allergies and Skin Sensitivities

All ingredient lists are published on our product pages. It is your responsibility to review the full ingredient list for each product before purchase and use. Rustic & Pure Soap is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from the use of our products. If you have known sensitivities to any of our listed ingredients, please do not purchase or use that product.

Our products are intended for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
