Giveaway & Drawing Rules

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

The drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Rustic & Pure Soap and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter, complete an entry form at a Rustic & Pure Soap booth at any participating local market or event. Entry requires your name, phone number, and email address. One entry per person per event. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Drawing and Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received at each event. The drawing will take place at or shortly after the close of each event. The winner will be notified in person at the event if present, or by phone or email using the contact information provided on the entry form. Rustic & Pure Soap is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by entrants.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the drawing, or if the winner is ineligible or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of Rustic & Pure Soap.

5. Prize

One winner per drawing will receive any three Rustic & Pure Soap products of their choosing, subject to availability at the time of prize fulfillment. The approximate retail value of the prize is $27 to $30 depending on product selection. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of Rustic & Pure Soap. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Marketing Communications Consent

By completing and submitting an entry form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages and marketing emails from Rustic & Pure Soap at the phone number and email address you provide. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.

7. Publicity

By entering this drawing, you grant Rustic & Pure Soap permission to use your first name and general location for promotional purposes, including social media announcements of the winner, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rustic & Pure Soap is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that may affect participation in the drawing. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rustic & Pure Soap and its representatives from any liability arising from participation in this drawing or acceptance or use of any prize.

9. General Conditions

Rustic & Pure Soap reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this drawing at any time for any reason. These official rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from this drawing shall be resolved in the courts of Bonneville County, Idaho.
