Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Rustic & Pure Soap Affiliate Program allows approved individuals to earn commission by promoting our products through their personal social media channels, websites, blogs, or other approved platforms. Affiliates receive a unique coupon code that customers use at checkout. Sales generated through your code are tracked and used to calculate your commission earnings.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an active and authentic social media presence, website, or blog with genuine engagement
• Be approved by Rustic & Pure Soap prior to receiving a coupon code
• Agree to all terms of this Agreement
• Be a legal resident of the United States

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 15% commission on the net sale amount (excluding taxes and shipping) of each completed order placed using their unique coupon code. Commission is calculated on the final paid order total after any discounts are applied.

Commission is paid monthly via PayPal, Venmo, or check for all sales completed and not refunded during the prior calendar month. Minimum payout threshold is $25. Balances below $25 roll over to the following month.

4. Your Coupon Code

Upon approval you will receive a unique coupon code to share with your audience. This code provides your followers with a discount and allows us to track sales attributed to you. Your code is personal to you and may not be shared with other affiliates or third parties for use as their own code.

Rustic & Pure Soap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any coupon code at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Promotional Guidelines

You agree to promote Rustic & Pure Soap products honestly, accurately, and in a manner consistent with our brand values. You must:

• Only make truthful claims about products that are consistent with descriptions on rusticandpure.com
• Disclose the affiliate relationship in all promotional content in compliance with FTC guidelines using language such as #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate
• Not make drug claims about any product including claims that products reduce wrinkles, heal stretch marks, treat skin conditions, or have any therapeutic or medical benefit
• Not use misleading, deceptive, or harmful content in connection with our products
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any promotion that violates applicable laws or platform terms of service
• Not bid on Rustic & Pure Soap branded keywords in paid search advertising without prior written approval

6. Product Samples

Rustic & Pure Soap may provide product samples to Affiliates at no charge for the purpose of creating authentic promotional content. Affiliates who receive samples are expected to create and post content featuring those products within 30 days of receipt.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins on the date you are approved and continues until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. Rustic & Pure Soap may terminate immediately and without notice if you violate any provision of these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or take actions that damage our reputation.

Upon termination your coupon code will be deactivated. Any earned and unpaid commission will be paid within 30 days of termination provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

8. Intellectual Property

Rustic & Pure Soap grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our product images, logos, and brand materials solely for promoting our products under this Agreement. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written approval.

9. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Rustic & Pure Soap. You are solely responsible for all taxes on commission income.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rustic & Pure Soap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of this Agreement or the Affiliate Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the three months preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bonneville County, Idaho.

12. Modifications

Rustic & Pure Soap reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
